General Terms and Conditions for Trade Trans Combi Order

The rules for sending transport invoices and all documents confirming transport implementation

In order to ensure the correctness of settlements for your services provided to Trade Trans Combi Sp. z o.o. We would like to remind you about the rules for sending transport invoices and all documents confirming the transport (including CMR letters):
 - the documents should be sent with the invoice only to the following address:
Trade Trans Solution Sp. z o.o., ul. Leszno 14, 01-192 Warsaw
 - please always provide on all documents the Trade Trans Combi reference number, received from the Trade Trans Combi Operational Worker and placed in the transport order
 - please send documents that do not contain staples and office clips

In addition, we would like to inform you that if an invoice is issued contrary to the order, without Trade Trans Combi order number, a wrongly completed CMR letter, the payment deadline will be calculated from the date of receipt of the documents that meet all our requirements.

SIPSI - reporting of transport

The French Labor Inspectorate charges the forwarding companies for failure to comply with the notification requirements by companies performing transport orders for them. Reports must be made on the SIPSI platform bearing in mind that the current driver's certificate must be in the vehicle's cabin


The Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in December 2017 issued a ruling prohibiting the reception of regular weekly rests in the cabin of the vehicle and obliged Member Countries to take measures to ensure compliance with European legislation by applying appropriate sanctions.

As part of the transport contract, transferred personal data are subject to the provisions of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which we inform about below:
 - the administrator of the transferred personal data is Trade Trans Combi Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Wrocław, ul. Więzienna 21B / 2, 50-118 Wrocław,
  - contact to the person supervising the security of personal data in Trade Trans Combi: tel. 22 53 56 600, e-mail:,
 - we inform that as an administrator we process the transferred personal data: for the performance of the transport contract on the basis of art. 6 par. 1 point a), b), c), f) GDPR,
 -data are provided to entities with whom we as an administrator cooperate in the performance of the contract of carriage, entities providing us with IT services, accounting services and authorities entitled to receive information on the basis of legal provisions,
 - entities giving us, as part of the performance of the contract of carriage, third parties' data bears to us as an administrator and to those persons the responsibility for having an appropriate legal basis to process this data, in particular to transfer it,
 - the data is stored for the period necessary to perform the contract of carriage (in particular until the expiry of the limitation period of claims potentially having its source in the performance of the contract, termination of litigation concerning these claims and until the expiry of the obligation to store data resulting from the law),
 - the entity giving us data has the right to request access to personal data concerning him, rectifying it , deleting it or limiting its processing, or the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data,
 - in case that personal data processing  violates applicable law, you have the right to file a complaint to the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data,
 - the transferred personal data is not used to make decisions in an automated manner and is not profiled.
